Notes:

If you live near a Kinokuniya book store, you may be able to buy these items locally. Here is a list of their stores around the world: Kinokuniya Co. Ltd. .

Pilot makes at least three types of converters. The short aerometric type with side squeeze bar (CON-20) and the longer piston (twist) type (CON-50), and the push button type. Some vendors carry only one type or the other, so make sure you know which type you want.

If any of your pens are short, pocket type, only Pilot continues to make short converters (CON-20) and these will fit all Pilot pens since they are the same size as a cartridge. Platinum and Sailor discontinued their short converters several years ago, and these are impossible to find now.

Apparently Platinum no longer has a distributor in America, so cartridges and converters have become very difficult to find outside of Japan. However, Japan Ujuku Shop is located in Japan, and still sells ink and converters to overseas customers. I've also recently acquired some Platinum, Pilot and Sailor converters (at full retail prices over the counter) which I can include with pen sales. There is information on pricing plus individual converter descriptions on my web site here:

I will only sell converters in conjunction with future pen sales, but next time you buy a pen from me you can buy up to 5 converters at the same time, including an adaptor that lets you use international cartridges in Platinum pens.

I do not stock ink cartridges. Pilot and Sailor cartridges are easy enough to find on the internet, and the Platinum converter or adaptor will free you from dependence on Platinum cartridges.
