Admin reply: Thanks for the message of encouragement! I'm amazed at the people from my "distant" past who have said they are praying. I appreciate that more than I can express!

Comments: Russ,
I first heard of the disaster at about 630am EST. Been praying for you and your family ever since. I believe you are probably OK because of your location. Actually, I just now looked at your message that you're OK. Still praying.
Jerry
Admin reply: Thanks Jerry and everybody. We are OK but the shaking continues. I won't be able to answer all the messages personally for some time. Thanks.

Comments: I'm praying for you and your family, and I'm sure your many viral friends are as well. I hope all those close to you are safe. The pictures coming from Japan are heartrending.
Admin reply: Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. We are alive but the aftershocks keep coming!

Comments: Hi, I'm living in Japan too. I'm here with my Japanese husband and three teenage girls. We have been back here for almost three years now. We live in Yokohama.
I'm very interested in evangelism by television or radio. Do you have any suggestions.
Your website is very interesting and useful.
Admin reply: Hi Mary,
Thanks for your message. Television and radio? Hmmm, I'm sure you already know about the Christian broadcasters in Japan and the various shows such as Harvest Time and Life Line, and there are several churches who broadcast their services. Sorry I'm not much help in that area!
I have heard that podcasting is the new form of broadcast evangelism, and it is within reach of anyone who wants to do it!

Glad you were able to visit Maruzen even briefly and were able to find the ink you wanted. I assume NRT means Narita Airport (I haven't taken a flight from there for 13 years!)
Admin reply: The cost of running this web site is not so great, less than 100 dollars a year for the domain name and about the same amount for the web server. I just pay out of my own pocket. My wife is probably neutral about the subject since it is not a big deal.
